EXECUTIVE SUITES

  1. Includes 1 x dedicated phone line
  2. Calls answered under your company name
  3. Calls transferred to your mobile, home or office
  4. Any messages put through to your personal voicemail
  5. Messages either emailed, collected or sent by SMS
  6. Standard mail can be redirected or collected
  7. All other mail or parcels can be redirected at Australia Post charges + 10% or collected.
  8. Two hours use of interview / meeting room per week (pre-booking essential)
  9. Fast broadband internet connection (simply plug in your computer)
  10. Desk, chair, filing cabinet, latest digital Commander telephone handset
  11. Fully equipped kitchen
  12. Tea, coffee and spring water
  13. Electricity, water, security, cleaning, air-conditioning, rubbish removal

+ $85.00 per week

Once only line set up cost (Telstra charge)

CONDITIONS APPLY

  1. Second leg transfer calls charged (local, STD, O/S or to mobiles) at standard Telstra Rates
  2. Up to 15 calls per day. Any additional incoming calls charged at $1.00 / call + GST
  3. Minimum one month’s service is required
  4. One month’s service and one month’s bond is required in advance
  5. One month’s notice in writing is required to terminate
  6. Invoice to be paid within 14 days

HIRE

Two hours free then casual hourly rate – bookings essential

$15.00 per hour

8.30am – 1.00pm or 1.00pm – 5.30pm

$50.00 per half day

8.30am – 5.30pm

$100.00 per day
